Directly from you when you place an order or write to us, and from our payment provider and carrier when they confirm a payment or a delivery.

Payment details

We never see or store your card number. Payment details are entered directly into our payment provider, which is responsible for processing and storing them securely.

How we use your information

To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet the record keeping that tax and accounting rules require of us.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make your order happen: the payment provider, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the software we use to send order emails. We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe, and we remove your address from that list.

Your rights
